You will drive revenue and expand business within a portfolio of key clients, establishing and nurturing executive-level relationships while leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. You will have ownership of territory strategy, pipeline development, and full-cycle account management, collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve ambitious business goals. - Develop and execute growth strategies for a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, driving subscription and services revenue
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships to influence decision-making, strengthen customer loyalty, and open new opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital experience solutions tailored to client needs
- Identify whitespace opportunities within accounts, creating actionable plans to expand adoption of products and services
- Manage full account lifecycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of revenue targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating business objectives into effective digital strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align account planning, sales execution, and solution delivery with organizational priorities
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of enterprise software/subscription sales and account management experience, preferably in CMS, CDP, or digital experience platforms
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and business objectives in complex, multi-constituent environments
- Experience in account-based strategies and full lifecycle enterprise sales, from opportunity identification to closing agreements
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex digital and cloud solutions to both technical and executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive client outcomes in a distributed or remote environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- BS/BA preferred; familiarity with Salesforce and strategic selling methodologies is required
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within assigned territory
