Guest Services Coordinator at Your Home Improvement Company LLC – Saint Cloud, Minnesota

YHIC -St. Cloud MN - Guest Services Coordinator Part-Time -Fri & Sat as needed $17-20 hr.

The Guest Services Coordinator is the welcoming face of our St. Cloud showroom, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for all walk-in visitors. This role introduces customers to our products, provides knowledgeable guidance, and encourages showroom guests to schedule an in-home appointment with a sales representative. The Guest Services Coordinator also serves as the first point of contact for in person customer inquiries, deliveries, administrative needs, and general showroom support.

• Greet all visitors entering the showroom with a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Guide walk-in customers through available products and provide clear, accurate information.

• Assist and encourage customers to schedule in-home sales appointments.

• Maintain thorough product knowledge.

• Handle all showroom traffic, including dissatisfied customers, account questions, and inquiries.

• Manage front-desk activity, including receiving deliveries.

• Complete administrative duties such as mail, outgoing deliveries, and keeping the showroom clean.

• Support management with additional tasks as assigned.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Ability to learn and present product knowledge.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred.

• Experience in a showroom or retail setting is a plus.

• Comfort using computers and basic office software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods.

• Ability to stand and walk in the showroom as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
