About the Role:

CrowdStrike is growing fast and we are looking for people to join our high performance team who are excited to make an impact. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to head our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Programs team. This role is chartered with defining, orchestrating, and optimizing our end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy globally, via programs, incentives, and cross-functional alignment with Revenue Enablement.

This leader is essential for guaranteeing cohesive strategy, seamless execution, and maximum growth and revenue generation across all Partner GTM functions.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, Global Partner Experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic programs and incentives to increase market share, revenue, and customer retention through our partnerships

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership strategies

  • Analyze market trends, analyst feedback, and competitor strategies to inform partnership strategy development

  • Align with Partner Marketing on the development and execution of joint marketing programs and campaigns with partners

  • Align with Revenue Enablement to ensure partner capabilities and branding are aligned with the overall partner GTM

  • Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, providing quarterly performance updates and recommendations to Alliances leadership

  • Act as a subject matter expert on go-to-market strategies, programs, and incentives, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and support for partnership and incentive initiatives

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to partnership strategies and operations

  • Lead and mentor a team of partnership strategy, program and incentive professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Ambassador for the company at industry events and conferences, building and maintaining relationships with key partners and industry leaders

  • Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness

What You’ll Need::

  • This is a critical role, with high-visibility and opportunity for high-impact. An ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to quickly make decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • This role will require a proven track record in developing, optimizing, and evolving GTM strategies, programs and incentives to meet an ever-changing market landscape.

  • You must be comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in Partner GTM Strategy, Program, Incentives, and Enablement

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and maintain project plans or task lists in line with scheduled timeframes

  • Takes strong initiative, is a quick learner, and able to execute independently.

  • Growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to distill large amounts of information that enables quick decision-making.

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with global teams in different time zones

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 30%.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $190,000 - $290,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
