Floor Care Technician at Marsden South

Shift: Sundayto Thursday and some weekends as needed. Hours: 5:00 pm to 1:30 am.

Full-time, 40 hours a week.

Hourly Rate:$19.00

Location: Westlake, Texas

Requirements:

• Youmustbe 18 years old
• Youmusthave work authorization
• You mustat least 1 year of floor care experience in a janitorial setting is required.
• A criminal background check is required.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

• Perform scheduled floor care, including area preparation, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, refinishing, waxing, shampooing, and deep carpet extraction.
• Other projects include polishing tiles, vinyl, and wood floors.
• Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Ensure surfaces are safe by setting up "wet floor" signs, applying non-slip treatments, and adhering to OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
