This role is designed for a strategic sales professional who can drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships at the corporate and plant levels. You will work closely with key decision-makers to identify business opportunities, promote integrated solutions, and expand the company’s footprint in healthcare and light industrial markets. The position involves developing tailored account strategies, collaborating with regional and field teams, and aligning solutions with customer needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on revenue and market presence, requiring technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and plant-level decision-makers to identify opportunities for integrated solutions
- Collaborate with field sales, engineering, and technical teams to execute account plans and drive revenue growth
- Track market trends, customer requirements, and key performance indicators to inform strategic account decisions
- Develop and implement business reviews, communication cadences, and sales strategies to ensure customer alignment and compliance
- Ensure service plan execution, manage quote approvals, and mitigate risks related to financial, safety, and operational factors
- Lead efforts to achieve plan margins, optimize product/service offerings, and deliver measurable business impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- 10+ years of experience in sales, including roles as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative
- Deep understanding of unit operations and chemical treatment processes for boilers, cooling towers, pre-treatment, and waste treatment
- Experience with Strategic Account Selling and integrated solution approaches
- Proven ability to develop targeted sales plans, proposals, and presentations for complex accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Corporate Account Management experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Analytical mindset with aptitude for financial planning, risk management, and margin optimization
- Competitive base salary range of $120,000–$155,000 plus performance-based bonus
