This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving growth in reseller and channel partnerships, focusing on generating new business and expanding existing relationships. You will develop and execute strategies that optimize employer contract sales through health plan and channel partners, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leaders, account managers, and executives, to deliver measurable revenue growth. You will coach and guide partner teams, design effective sales playbooks, and influence go-to-market strategies while ensuring pipeline visibility and accurate forecasts. The role offers the chance to lead complex sales processes, engage with executive-level decision-makers, and make a direct impact on the organization’s strategic objectives. This remote position allows for flexibility while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high visibility across the business.
- Develop and execute strategies and playbooks for driving new employer unit sales through assigned health plan and channel partnerships, targeting significant ARR growth
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with sales leaders and account managers across partner organizations
- Deploy and expand channel partnerships in alignment with corporate strategy and executive priorities
- Train and support partner sales teams on solution presentation, sales execution, and closing techniques
- Create and maintain pipeline reports, sales forecasts, contact records, and opportunities in CRM systems
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including contract negotiations, presentations, and hand-off to implementation teams
- Gather and communicate market and product feedback to inform leadership, marketing, and product development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in health plan, channel, or enterprise sales/business development, with a proven record of driving growth and strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence C-suite and senior-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and partner engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly
- Entrepreneurial, assertive, and dynamic mindset with creativity in problem-solving
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, fluid environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution
- Strong business acumen, ethical standards, and a commitment to achieving measurable results
