Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a growing in-house team focused on stability, teamwork, and strong resident care. We’re also launching a self-scheduling pilot to improve work-life balance and reduce last-minute schedule changes.

• 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN options

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans
• Complete assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team as needed
• Supervise and support LPNs/CNAs as appropriate
• Document care clearly and timely
• Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and dependable attendance
