Job Summary:

The Juicer is responsible for the daily production of our cold-pressed juices. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Juice Production:
  • Operate state-of-the-art cold-press juicing equipment to extract maximum juice yield from fresh, organic produce.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the entire juicing process.
• Bottling & Packaging:
  • Accurately and efficiently bottle juices according to production schedules.
  • Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all finished products.
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Properly handle and dispose of all waste materials.
• Produce Preparation:
  • Wash, peel, cut, and prepare all produce for juicing.
  • Inspect produce for quality and discard any that do not meet standards.
• Cleaning & Maintenance:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas after each production run.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed.
• Delivery Support:
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed.
• Early Morning Shifts:
  • Be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM) to meet production and delivery schedules.
