Senior Project Manager (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this critical role, you will manage and execute multiple cross-functional, strategic projects designed to accelerate business results. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders within the business and other teams is essential to document outcomes, plan resources, and manage execution efficiently. Your ability to lead projects while fostering strong relationships will directly contribute to delivering enhancements that impact both internal and external clients. Accountabilities- Identify program/project scope and high-level business objectives.
- Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with internal partners to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Effectively manage, motivate, and hold accountable team members in a matrixed organization.
- Act as a liaison and connector between departments.
- Perform all project management functions to expertly deliver complex programs and projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10+ years' relevant work experience in financial services.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, specifically in wealth management.
- Foundational project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
