About This Position
Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support marketing and communications initiatives for IES and its affiliated partners/groups. This includes developing and coordinating internal and external communications, messaging, branding, digital content, and marketing projects that advance the IES mission, vision, and values. The role also assists in coordinating and executing company events of varying size and scope to promote education, recruitment, training, and overall organizational success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities listed here represent the majority of the role but are not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate and execute marketing and communications projects across internal and external channels, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, email campaigns, and organizational updates.
- Design print and digital marketing assets that adhere to brand standards and style guides.
- Support the coordination and execution of corporate events, conferences, training sessions, and company initiatives, including logistics coordination, timelines, and promotional materials.
- Develop and publish digital content across websites and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), monitoring engagement and supporting a consistent online presence.
- Coordinate production, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials, including collateral, promotional items, and event assets.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, brand resources, and project documentation across shared platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Marketing Applications).
- Track and manage incoming marketing requests through team inboxes or ticketing systems, ensuring clear communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support delivery of marketing, communications, and events initiatives.
- Maintain and update communication distribution lists to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Assist in monitoring basic marketing and digital performance metrics, providing insights to support continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and brand consistency across materials.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles, digital content, and social media platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, content management systems, social media tools).
- Ability to analyze basic data and metrics to inform decisions and improvements.
- Customer service mindset with responsiveness to internal stakeholders and requests.
Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ year of relevant marketing, communications, or related experience; internships or equivalent experience may be considered
Preferred:
- 2–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
- Experience supporting communications or marketing in a healthcare or corporate environment
- Experience managing digital content across social media, websites, and email marketing platforms, including coordinating tasks through project management or ticketing systems
- Familiarity with graphic design and communications tools to support the creation of brand-consistent marketing assets
- Experience working in a matrixed or multi-stakeholder environment

- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)

- This position follows a hybrid work model. Onsite presence will be required as business needs dictate.
- Standard business hours apply, with flexibility as needed to accommodate early mornings, evenings or occasional weekend projects and meetings.
- May visit hospital locations, vendors, and marketing events.
TRAVEL
- Some travel, including overnight and local, may be required as business needs dictate.
