We are looking for an analytically sharp, ownership-driven Senior Project & Process Manager to act as the strategic and implementation partner for our VPs of Finance and People. You aren’t just managing tasks; you are shaping the operating system of a global tech leader. You will have the mandate to challenge existing workflows, dismantle silos, and play a key role in building a unified global infrastructure.

Global Process Architecture: Strengthen our new international legal entities by unifying and professionalizing Central Function processes (Finance, HR, IT, and Legal) across 5 continents.
Automation & AI Integration: Move beyond manual work. You will identify, analyze, and automate key workflows using AI-driven solutions and low-code tools (Zapier/Make) to ensure our group functions scale faster than our headcount.
End-to-End Strategic Projects: Lead high-stakes initiatives from start to finish. One month, you might be implementing a globally unified ERP or HRIS system; the next, you are negotiating and organizing a new flagship office space in one of the cities we operate.
Compliance & Excellence: Own the roadmap for operational maturity, including preparing the organization for successful audits and ISO certifications.
Bridge Strategy & Operations: Act as the primary translator between C-level vision and technical execution, ensuring that our "Global Leading Tech Company" ambition is reflected in every internal workflow.
The "Scale-Up" Architect: You have 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments, top-tier or operational consulting, or operational excellence roles where you’ve successfully led cross-functional E2E projects.
Analytical Powerhouse: You hold a degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, or a similar field. You possess the rigor of a consultant but the "get-it-done" grit of an entrepreneur.
Global Mindset: You understand the complexity of operating across different time zones and jurisdictions. You know how to build a process that works as well in Singapore as it does in Hamburg (and equally understand when processes should not be harmonized).
Tech-First Thinker: You are obsessed with efficiency. You don't just document a problem; you automate the solution. Experience with modern SaaS stacks and AI implementation is a significant plus.
Communication & Presence: You can navigate a global landscape with professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level required). You are comfortable presenting to the C-suite and negotiating with external vendors.
Impact: You are joining at the pivotal moment between "scale-up" and "global leader." Your fingerprints will be on the foundation of the company.
Visibility: You work directly with the VPs of Finance and People, with high visibility to the Group Co-CEOs.
