We’re looking for a driven, high-performing Wholesale Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and closing complex deals. This role is not just account management, you’ll be expected to grow existing partnerships while aggressively developing new business within national carriers and strategic partners.
We don’t want just a salesperson—we’re looking for someone who drives outcomes rather than simply participates in the process. This is a role for someone who can move complex deals forward even when timelines or paths aren’t clearly defined.
This person has the judgment to navigate unclear expectations without waiting for direction, the confidence to push both customers and internal teams toward decisions, and the discipline to maintain momentum over long sales cycles.
At the same time, they build and sustain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders, ensuring opportunities don’t stall or fade. In practice, this is someone who creates clarity where none exists and consistently turns opportunities into closed business.

What You’ll Do
You’ll operate in a hybrid role that blends business development with strategic account management.
- Lead complex opportunities from initial engagement through close, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
- Develop and execute growth strategies across an existing book of wholesale accounts
- Identify and close new opportunities with national carriers and strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Partner with Sales Engineering to design custom network solutions and proposals
- Drive revenue growth through both expansion of existing accounts and net-new business
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Proactively manage follow-ups, deal progression, and long-term account strategy
This is a high-ownership role where consistency, follow-through, and initiative directly drive results.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in carrier or wholesale sales, telecom account management, or business development at a national level
- Proven track record of independently driving complex, multi-stakeholder deals from origination through close
- Demonstrated ability to grow and expand strategic accounts over time, not just maintain relationships
- Experience selling into carriers, integrators, or large strategic accounts, with an understanding of how to navigate layered decision-making environments
- High level of accountability with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities within ambiguity, and translate customer challenges into actionable solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to push conversations forward and drive decisions when needed
- Experience managing long-cycle opportunities (6–18+ months) and high-value deals across multiple stakeholders
