Isaacs & Isaacs is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, this role plays a critical part in evaluating new cases, building trust, and guiding individuals through the intake process. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with sales, call center, or customer service experience who excels at communication and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Client Intake & Case Evaluation
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients
- Gather and document case details accurately and efficiently
- Evaluate potential cases and determine fit and viability
- Ensure each caller feels heard, supported, and confident in next steps
Sales & Client Conversion
- Guide prospective clients through the sign-up process
- Build rapport and convert qualified leads into signed clients
- Utilize persuasive communication and consultative sales techniques
- Meet or exceed monthly performance and conversion goals
Relationship Management & Coordination
- Collaborate with the intake management team on case evaluation decisions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication
Administrative & System Management
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the firm’s case management system
- Upload and organize documents and client information
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to balance empathy with persuasive sales skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based environment
- Ability to multi-task while typing (40+ WPM)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in legal intake or personal injury
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers for computer and office machine use (including repetitive motions), and possess close vision for reading and data analysis. Employees may also need to stand and walk occasionally, perform light lifting of up to 10-25 pounds, and have clear speaking and hearing abilities to communicate.
