This role plays a key part in bridging business needs and product development within a highly collaborative and data-driven environment. You will be responsible for translating stakeholder requirements into clear user stories, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. The position involves defining and tracking key results to measure the success of initiatives and support continuous improvement. You will also contribute to the creation of impactful product presentations that support decision-making and communication with diverse audiences. Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. • Write clear and actionable user stories based on stakeholder needs to guide product development
• Define, track, and report key results (KRs) to measure project and initiative performance
• Collaborate in the development of product presentations to ensure effective communication across audiences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment and delivery quality
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discovery sessions to gather requirements and user feedback
• Support agile delivery processes by ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous alignment of business needs
• Contribute to reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital or technology environments
• Strong knowledge of user story writing and Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar frameworks)
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking approach
• Nice to have: experience with data analysis, performance metrics, or data visualization tools
• Nice to have: degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
