As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the growth and evolution of key treatment categories, driving strategy across product, engineering, clinical, and operational teams. You will be responsible for shaping user experiences that directly impact patient access, engagement, and health outcomes. You will translate complex healthcare workflows into seamless digital journeys while balancing growth, compliance, and reliability. You will lead the development and optimization of product experiences that drive growth across key healthcare treatment categories, ensuring seamless coordination between technical, clinical, and business teams.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for high-impact treatment areas, balancing growth, usability, and operational constraints
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives from ideation through technical development, launch, and iteration
- Break down complex healthcare and operational workflows into structured, incremental product deliverables
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric solutions
- Integrate feedback from marketing, operations, clinical, and technical stakeholders to shape product strategy
- Drive adoption and engagement of treatment offerings through data-driven experimentation and optimization
- Influence long-term product vision while delivering short-term improvements that enhance user experience and business outcomes
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams to maintain consistency, compliance, and quality of patient experiences
This role requires a seasoned product leader with experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products in complex, fast-moving environments.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience working closely with engineering and design teams
- Proven experience in growth-focused or consumer product environments with measurable business impact
- Strong ability to define, build, and launch scalable digital products from concept to execution
- Experience working in operationally complex environments, ideally involving healthcare, regulated, or high-compliance systems
- Ability to translate technical challenges into clear business implications and communicate effectively with executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and experimentation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to balance short-term execution with long-term product scalability
- Excellent collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
