Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic and fun team in a fast-paced Bar and Event environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar and throughout the event. This position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their skills in the food and beverage industry while providing excellent customer service.

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Stock and replenish supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware as needed.
• Handle food service tasks such as bussing tables and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their needs are met.
• Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing when necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of bartending techniques is beneficial but can be learned on the job.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
