Client Experience Specialist - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Success Specialist - REMOTE. The Client Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that newly acquired clients have a seamless onboarding experience, driving the configuration and launch of employee benefit programs. This role is essential for partnering with internal teams and clients to resolve complex challenges, establish timelines, and create effective onboarding strategies. By effectively leading these processes, you will directly impact client satisfaction and retention, making it a crucial function within our organization. Your efforts will help our partner company deliver exceptional service and care to over 100,000 employers and their employees. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate various stakeholder needs.
Accountabilities
  • Serve as client specialist for assigned clients, designing and directing onboarding strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding plan including scope, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Lead client success meetings, establish agendas, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
  • Execute the setup and onboarding of employee benefit programs with carriers and vendors.
  • Ensure accurate completion of carrier submissions, plan setup, and enrollment readiness.
  • Establish onboarding controls to ensure data integrity and operational readiness.
  • Manage carrier, vendor, and HRIS platform deliverables and timelines.
  • Provide operational guidance to Client Executives regarding onboarding readiness.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients during onboarding.
  • Lead the transition of onboarded clients to the Account Management and retention teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage or benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects.
  • Experience advising on benefits administration and platform configuration preferred.
  • Active Life & Health insurance license is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills essential.
  • Proven client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and operational workflows.
