Culinary Director
We are seeking a dynamic Culinary Director to lead culinary operations at a vibrant senior living community in the Daytona Beach area. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, building strong teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of dining operations including menu planning, food quality, service, and sanitation
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing dining team
Ensure an elevated resident dining experience with a focus on hospitality and personalization
Manage budgets, food costs, and labor to meet financial goals
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in dining, hospitality, or food service (senior living a plus)
Strong operational and financial acumen
Passion for creating memorable experiences through food and service
Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and accountability
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
