  • Manage electronic health records (EHR), including lab entry, referrals, requisitions, and provider communications.
  • Coordinate patient care tasks, ensuring alignment with care plans and closing gaps through proactive outreach.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and accurate information flow.
  • Resolve order clarifications, troubleshoot patient-related issues, and update pharmacy or referral information as needed.
  • Support audits, identify workflow trends, and contribute to system or process improvements to enhance care delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant credential required (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, CMAC, or NRCMA).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare environments, medical terminology, and chronic disease management.
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer systems.
  • Strong patient advocacy skills with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain effective in fast-paced or high-stress environments.
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail in patient interactions and documentation.

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage starting from day one.
  • Paid time off from day one.
  • 403(b) retirement savings plan.
  • Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave.
  • Career development and training opportunities.
  • Mental health and wellbeing support resources.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Pet benefits and additional employee support programs.
  • Competitive hourly pay range between $19.58 and $31.32 depending on experience.
