Material Handler (Seasonal) – Beltsville Factory

We are seeking three motivated and reliable Seasonal Material Handlers to join our team at the Beltsville factory. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position offers competitive pay and the chance to contribute to our operational success during a busy seasonal period. The roles are available immediately and will last approximately 3 to 6 weeks, with shifts from 6pm to 6am, either Sunday through Friday or Monday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

- Flexibility to work the night shift, with shifts from 6pm to 6am, either Sunday through Friday or Monday through Saturday

- Assist in the movement, loading, and unloading of materials within the factory

- Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow

- Operate basic material handling equipment safely and effectively

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

- Support team members with various tasks as needed to meet production goals

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks consistently

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Prior experience in material handling or manufacturing is a plus but not required

- Ability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
