This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven marketing leader to shape strategic client growth initiatives within a fast-paced digital consulting environment. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team focused on revenue expansion, client retention, and executive relationship management across high-priority accounts. You will combine strategic thinking, consultative selling, and operational leadership to help clients maximize the value of advanced marketing, analytics, and cloud solutions. The position requires a strong ability to translate technical and data-driven insights into compelling business narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders. Working collaboratively across sales, solutions engineering, and client success functions, you will play a critical role in driving long-term partnerships and scalable growth strategies. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the commercial growth strategy and revenue expansion initiatives for a portfolio of high-priority client accounts.
  • Guide and mentor a pod of Client Success Managers to strengthen customer retention, growth opportunities, and executive engagement strategies.
  • Drive pipeline management and forecasting accuracy through regular opportunity reviews and performance discussions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Develop and deliver executive business reviews, presentations, and strategic narratives focused on ROI and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders, positioning the organization as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Personally lead high-value contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and complex commercial discussions to maximize mutual value and profitability.
  • Support integrated consulting conversations across digital marketing, analytics, cloud, and advanced technology solutions.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trend analysis to support client growth and innovation strategies.
  • Participate in high-stakes client presentations and strategic initiatives while coaching team members through hands-on leadership.
  • Contribute feedback and front-line insights to executive leadership to improve processes, service offerings, and customer experience models.
  • Optimize client engagement frameworks and operational processes to improve scalability, delivery quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad-tech, consulting, client success, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling within complex client environments.
  • Strong commercial understanding of at least two areas including programmatic media, paid search, analytics, cloud solutions, or advanced data science offerings.
  • Experience consulting on or selling cloud-based technologies and advanced analytics solutions is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and lead strategic commercial conversations with enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to transform complex data into compelling executive-level narratives.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and coaching client-facing teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, evolving technologies, and changing industry trends such as privacy regulations and cookie deprecation.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and client-focused with strong operational and pipeline management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
