We are looking for a Social & Editorial Content Creator to join our Ecommerce team!

About the Role

As a Social & Editorial Content Creator, you will help shape Kiokii’s online storytelling by producing engaging written, visual, and short-form content across our ecommerce website and customer channels. You will focus on creative content production that educates, inspires, and connects with Asian beauty and skincare enthusiasts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both writing and visual creation, and who is comfortable independently researching, producing, and publishing engaging content.

Editorial & Website Content Creation

• Create compelling headlines and storytelling that encourage readers to explore products and learn about Asian beauty.
• Write engaging and SEO-friendly blog articles, skincare guides, and product-related editorial content.
• Translate skincare science, ingredients, and product benefits into clear, approachable content for everyday consumers.
• Research skincare ingredients, beauty trends, and product innovations to develop educational website content.
• Review and refresh existing website articles to keep content accurate, relevant, and aligned with current trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align editorial content with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.

Visual & Graphic Content Production

• Create supporting visual assets such as blog headers, product visuals, and infographics to enhance written content.
• Design basic graphics and visual elements to pair with website articles and enhance digital storytelling

• Ensure visual content reflects Kiokii’s brand aesthetic and strengthens the overall online content experience.

Short-Form Content & CRM Support

• Produce short-form visual content such as product clips or educational snippets that complement editorial storytelling.
• Adapt website and editorial content into engaging formats for email newsletters and CRM communications.
• Support ecommerce campaigns by creating content that highlights product launches, promotions, and seasonal stories.
• Monitor beauty trends and social conversations to identify opportunities for new content ideas and storytelling angles.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial writing, ecommerce content, or digital content creation.
• Exceptional English writing skills across SEO-friendly blog posts, product guides, articles, and website copy
• Ability to enhance written content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong research skills and curiosity about skincare ingredients, beauty routines, and product trends, particularly within the Asian cosmetics space.
• Understanding SEO and ecommerce content best practices and self-sufficient in producing content from start to finish
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms or content management systems (CMS), supporting email marketing or CRM content.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics and willingness to learn analytics.
• French language skills are an asset.
• Demonstrated passion for Asian beauty and skincare; portfolio examples show casing relevant content are strongly preferred.
