This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role at the intersection of full-stack development, artificial intelligence, and product design within a cutting-edge AI health platform. You will help shape the entire product experience end to end, from intuitive user interfaces to backend systems and AI-driven functionality. Working closely with a founding team in a small, fast-moving environment, you will contribute directly to product decisions and technical architecture. The role blends engineering excellence with strong product intuition, requiring attention not only to how systems work, but also to how they feel for users. You will build AI-powered features that support personalized health insights and intelligent interactions. • Design and develop end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI components for an AI-driven health platform.
• Build and integrate AI functionalities, including LLM-based systems and multimodal data processing pipelines.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with the founding team, from ideation to implementation.
• Develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces with strong attention to product experience and design quality.
• Work on system architecture and ensure seamless integration between AI models and application layers.
• Collaborate in a small, agile team to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on product features.
• Support the development of personalized health and longevity-focused features using biological and behavioral data where applicable.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong full-stack development background with emphasis on frontend engineering and AI integration.
• Practical experience working with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, or similar AI systems.
• Familiarity with multimodal data systems and AI-driven product development.
• Strong product and design sensibility, with an understanding of both functionality and user experience.
• Genuine interest in health, longevity, and personalized digital systems.
• Experience working with biological or behavioral datasets is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage or startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership across the full stack.

• Hourly compensation of 45 CHF.
• Start date: end of June.
