This role is focused on shaping and governing enterprise-wide architecture for SAP S/4HANA surround and satellite systems within a complex global technology ecosystem. You will lead the design of scalable, secure, and integrated architectures spanning platforms such as CRM, HR, procurement, analytics, manufacturing, and digital applications. The position requires close collaboration with business leaders, SAP functional teams, and technology stakeholders to align enterprise capabilities with long-term digital transformation goals. You will also leverage AI-assisted and GenAI-enabled tools to enhance architecture design, impact analysis, and documentation processes. The environment is highly strategic, innovation-driven, and centered on delivering resilient enterprise solutions at scale. Accountabilities:

Define target-state and transition architectures for SAP S/4HANA surround and satellite systems across enterprise platforms.
Design and govern integration architectures using API-led, middleware-based, and event-driven approaches to ensure scalability and data integrity.
Oversee master data, reference data, and transactional data flows between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards, principles, and governance frameworks.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide design assurance across enterprise programs and transformation initiatives.
Ensure architectural alignment with security, compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize AI and GenAI tools to accelerate architecture modeling, dependency analysis, technical assessments, and automated documentation.
Collaborate with AI platform teams to integrate intelligent architecture capabilities into delivery processes.
Partner with business leaders, SAP teams, vendors, and delivery organizations to align solutions with strategic business objectives.
Support enterprise roadmap planning, sequencing, and governance for ERP and digital transformation programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
12–15 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design with strong expertise in SAP ecosystems.
Proven experience designing and governing global SAP S/4HANA surround landscapes.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures, APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems.
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Ariba, Workday, Veeva, Windchill, Kinaxis, MuleSoft, or analytics ecosystems.
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure and/or AWS.
Familiarity with AI-assisted architecture practices, GenAI-enabled design workflows, and modern architecture methodologies.
Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive leadership.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation and delivery oversight.
Relevant certifications in TOGAF, SAP Architecture, Cloud, or AI technologies are preferred.
