• Own the company website experience end-to-end, including design, development, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design and build interactive landing pages, digital experiences, data visualizations, and conversion-focused web content.
• Work within a modern front-end stack using technologies such as Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and headless CMS platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable content models and publishing workflows within the CMS environment.
• Create high-quality brand assets including sales presentations, one-pagers, conference materials, event branding, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to design and iterate paid social and digital advertising creatives.
• Ensure consistency and coherence of the brand across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.
• Prototype rapidly and independently move projects from concept through production deployment.
• Leverage AI-powered creative and development tools to improve efficiency, experimentation, and output quality.
• Contribute to design systems, internal workflows, and process improvements that support scalability and operational speed.

• Strong experience working with Next.js, modern front-end technologies, and responsive web development.
• Proficiency with CSS and UI implementation for complex layouts, animations, and interactive user experiences.
• Hands-on experience managing websites built on headless CMS architectures.
• Strong understanding of web design, branding, visual storytelling, typography, and motion design principles.
• Ability to prototype and ship production-ready experiences quickly and independently.
• Comfortable working directly with code, editing components, and contributing to front-end implementations.
• Experience using AI-assisted creative and development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Midjourney, v0, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across web, branding, digital campaigns, and multi-format creative projects.
• Understanding of conversion-focused design and how visual experiences contribute to business and marketing goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within remote and asynchronous work environments.
• Ability to manage multiple creative initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Experience with generative design tools, localization systems, or programmatic design workflows is considered a plus.
