About This Position
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Member Service Representative to join our dynamic team, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our organization. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that members receive timely and accurate information about our services.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries, answering questions and providing information about services and products.
- Resolve member issues efficiently, utilizing effective problem-solving skills to ensure member satisfaction.
- Process member requests, including account updates, payments, and service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless resolution of member concerns.
- Educate members on new products, services, and policies to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery and expand knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a member-centric environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide feasible solutions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
