Orion180 is seeking an Integrations Manager to own the health, performance, and governance of all third-party system integrations across the organization. This role ensures external connections are reliable, secure, cost-effective, and delivering measurable business value.
The Integrations Manager partners closely with Technology, Security, Product, and Business stakeholders to monitor integration performance, manage risk, and support future third-party expansion decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and monitor the overall health and performance of all third-party integrations.
- Define, track, and report metrics related to availability, latency, errors, reliability, and usage.
- Establish dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into integration performance and risk.
- Partner with Security and Technology teams to ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and data protection standards.
- Monitor vendor connections for issues, anomalies, and potential failures; coordinate remediation efforts as needed.
- Act as the primary point of coordination for third-party integration governance.
- Partner with business and product teams to evaluate future third-party integrations, assessing cost, risk, and value creation.
- Support vendor selection and integration decisions with clear performance and ROI insights.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, optimize, or retire integrations to reduce complexity and cost.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in integrations, systems operations, platform management, or technical program roles.
- Experience managing or monitoring APIs, data feeds, or third-party system connections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a metrics-driven mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical performance and risk in business-relevant terms.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, security, product, and business teams.
Tools & Technology (Preferred)
- Experience with API management, integration platforms, or middleware tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
- Understanding of security concepts related to third-party integrations (authentication, authorization, data handling).
- Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., native tools, Excel, Power BI).
