Conti LLC is seeking an experienced Traffic Signal Technician to join our growing Orlando team. This role supports the installation, programming, integration, and maintenance of transportation infrastructure systems across the region. The ideal candidate is skilled in fieldwork, troubleshooting, and electrical/ITS systems and is committed to delivering high‑quality work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in the installation, programming, integration, and maintenance of the following Traffic components:
• Detection Systems, Traffic Signals, Edge‑Computing Technology, Emergency Vehicle Preemption, Transit Signal Priority, Adaptive Traffic Signal Control, Communications Networks, Transportation Safety Solutions, Cabinets, and UPS systems.
• Proficient with Orange, Seminole, and Osceola County hardware and installation specifications.
• Perform maintenance functions for traffic signal controllers and cabinets, including basic troubleshooting of wiring issues both in the cabinet and underground.
• Troubleshoot and repair wiring problems in the street, including:
• Replacement of conductors in conduit
• Testing and splicing loop detectors
• Work in outdoor elements year‑round as required by field operations.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and professionalism while representing Conti Corporation in the field.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Experience with county-specific specifications (Orange, Seminole, Osceola) strongly preferred
• CDL preferred (company‑sponsored program available)
