About the Position: The Production Lead works in the production area at Innovative FlexPak to ensure that documentation,

specifications, scheduling, and components are correct and complete. This role is also responsible for handling any

employee issue that may arise with the production team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise production lines
  • Verify correct product, components, MBR’s, specifications
  • Fill out and complete MBR’s
  • Verify all production paperwork
  • Resolve personnel issues pertaining to production personnel
  • Report to production Manager
  • Attend required meetings, including: Production, Scheduling and Management
  • Help with scheduling
  • Log production employee’s attendance and performance
  • Communicate with batching, maintenance, warehouse and QA relating to work issues
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Must be competent and able to learn computer systems and process
  • Able to Read, Write and Understand the English Language
  • Follow GMP standards and guidelines
  • Understand and apply information set forth in SOP’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle production issues and make rational decisions
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Pass skills assessment exam with 70% or higher on both reading and math comprehension
