• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Profitability Analysis
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and expectation management
• Oversee project delivery, including planning, risk management, testing cycles, and successful go-live execution
• Drive process transformation initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best practices
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-go-live support to ensure system stability and performance
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and team development

Requirements:

• 7.5+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, with strong expertise in FI/CO modules and full lifecycle implementations
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions across GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO-PA, including S/4HANA environments
• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to map requirements and identify gaps or improvements
• Knowledge of global accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS, along with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience working across integrated SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and understanding system interdependencies
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to operate in complex environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
