EARN: $63,000 – $77,000 base pay - PLUS Monthly & Quarterly Incentives

GreatWater 360 Auto Care is looking for a Bench Automotive Service Manager with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a passion for leadership.

This is a bench role designed to support multiple shops in the district while preparing you to step into your own Service Manager role within a few months.

What You’ll Do

• Support and lead operations across multiple shops within the district
• Step in where needed to uphold service, safety, and performance standards
• Build trust-driven customer relationships
• Coach, train, and develop service advisors and shop teams
• Manage shop performance with a strong understanding of P&L and KPIs
• Lead by example—professionalism, accountability, and culture matter here
• Prepare to transition into your own shop as a Service Manager

Who We’re Looking For

• Ability to travel and support multi shops within the district.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
• 2+ years of automotive shop management experience
• 1+ year of service advisor experience or strong demonstrated sales ability
• Self-aware, servant leader with experience managing people, including:
• Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• Conducting reviews, corrective actions, investigations, and terminations when needed
• Proven ability to motivate teams, problem-solve, and take initiative
• Comfortable interpreting financials, discounts, percentages, and performance metrics
• Experience managing a P&L and understanding how line-item decisions impact results
