Product Specialist-MINI of Bedford at MINI of Bedford – Bedford, New Hampshire

MINI of Bedford, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Product Specialist. If you're someone who is energetic, goal orientated, passionate about luxury vehicles and looking to start a career in automotive sales-we look forward to speaking with you!

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off

What you will do in this role:

* Product presentation and explanation, done by working with Sales Managers to keep clients in the showroom engaged

and enthused.
* Work with clients, answering product questions and demonstration of features.
* Establish ongoing consultative relationship with customer by being available during business hours to answer questions.
* Upgrade knowledge of brand products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development

programs on and off-site.

* Generate goodwill by greeting and serving the customer promptly and courteously.
* Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building

dealer sales loyalty

* Other tasks assigned by the management team

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
