We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Air Import Coordinator to join our dynamic freight forwarding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of air import shipments—from receipt of documentation through to final delivery. You will liaise with airlines, customs brokers, hauliers, and customers to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective handling of inbound freight.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international air freight processes and customs regulations, combined with excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall performance of the import department.
