- Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic accounts while owning a selective personal sales quota
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution to improve win rates and sales efficiency
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to align campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and identify expansion opportunities
- Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable sales initiatives targeting priority accounts and segments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to share market insights, influence product direction, and enhance overall business strategy
- Ensure operational excellence by refining sales processes, leveraging data insights, and maintaining strong sales discipline
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or startup sales environments, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record as a quota-carrying seller with experience in a player-coach role
- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals and managing enterprise-level sales cycles
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and tools (CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, AI-driven tools)
- Ability to build and scale sales processes that drive measurable outcomes without unnecessary complexity
- Experience selling into retail, ecommerce, or consumer-focused industries is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
