Pool Snack Bar Attendant at Myers Park Country Club, Inc – Charlotte, North Carolina

We are gearing up for another beautiful summer season and would love to have you join our team here at MPCC! Our pool bar attendants are responsible for providing exemplary food and beverage services to our members and guests in our pool and surrounding area. Someone serving in this role needs to be energetic and enjoy working in customer service. We would love the opportunity to talk with you about joining us for the summer!

• Understand how to operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders correctly and expediently
• Memorize menu items and maintain current menu knowledge for both food and beverage
• Deliver food and beverages to our members/guest at tables, poolside, and at our baby pool area
• Maintain the snack display, ensuring it remains neat and fully stocked
• Maintain general cleanliness of the Snack Bar, service station, and pool deck areas
• Perform all team checklists for set-up, clean-up, and closing duties
• Work birthday parties and club events in pool setting

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a positive, upbeat, friendly attitude and enjoy providing exceptional service
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25lbs; occasionally lift and carry up to 35lbs.
• Remain on feet, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
• Able to work outside for prolonged periods of time
