Registered Behavioral Technician Caregiver – $18/hour
Location: Louisville Ky
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Friday 10a-7p, Sat 10a-3p required
Pay: $18 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one support, thrives with structure, consistency, and compassionate attention. Clients need a dedicated caregiver who can engage throughout the day, guide through routines, and accompany them to therapies, parks, and community outings.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, hands-on care with empathy and patience
• Support through daily activities, reinforcing routines and positive behavior
• Accompany to therapy sessions, errands, and outings
• Maintain consistent communication with care team
• Promote a respectful, safe, and nurturing environment
Ideal Candidate
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental differences
• Consistent, patient, and confident in managing behavioral challenges
• Able to provide structure while modeling kindness and empathy
• Reliable, engaging, and free from distractions (no frequent phone use while working)
• Comfortable working in a home that may be less structured or tidy due to behavioral needs
• Male candidates may be a good fit for this client’s behavioral needs, but all are welcome to apply
