Accountabilities
  • Lead the global commercial organization, managing strategy, performance, and execution.
  • Contribute to business unit strategy and long-range planning as part of the leadership team.
  • Shape and execute the global commercial growth strategy, focusing on market prioritization.
  • Drive business development in new markets and segments.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing global sales team with clear accountability.
  • Strengthen key account plans with clear value propositions.
  • Design scalable sales models including coverage and territories.
  • Represent commercial insights in leadership forums, highlighting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and other departments to align plans.
  • Set clear priorities and expectations for global teams.
Requirements
  • Extensive global commercial leadership experience in life sciences or medical markets.
  • Experience in selling or supporting component-level hardware.
  • Ability to connect strategy with near-term execution effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and executive presence.
  • Capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
