Responsibilities
FDOT has created the District 2 Corridors Program Office for the delivery of complex projects with innovative procurement technics. This office will operate in close collaboration with other District Corridors Program Offices to ensure a uniform approach and delivery statewide. The District 2 Corridors Program Office will work alongside District 2 staff and owner representatives to collaborate with contractors and designers to deliver high profile projects in District 2.
Qualifications
RS&H is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the District 2 Corridor Program Office in Jacksonville, FL. This is an embedded position reporting to the office 5 days per week.
You'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing routine clerical and administrative support; coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments; assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education and prior administrative/clerical experience is preferred.
- Possess basic knowledge of administrative duties and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Possess solid oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
- Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with others.
