About the Position
The Locker Room Attendant (assigned to the female locker room) at Grey Oaks Country Club is an integral working position creating and ensuring outstanding accommodations for members and their guests. In addition, the Locker Room Attendant must maintain a superior locker room appearance and maintain vanity and toiletries stock to established "par" levels. In addition, you will be responsible for cleaning, conditioning, and polishing footwear as needed or requested.

About Grey Oaks Country Club
Considered one of the premier country clubs in Florida, Grey Oaks opened in 1993 and encompasses the Grey Oaks and Estuary communities, along with 54 holes of championship golf. The Club’s facilities include:
A 63,000-square-foot East Clubhouse, with décor updates planned in 2026 and beyond
A 12,000-square-foot golf pro shop, newly renovated in 2025
A Golf Performance Center including InRange technology
8 Pickleball Courts with Pavillion and 10 Har Tru Tennis Courts
A 30,000-square-foot wellness center and sports complex were renovated in 2024
The Pool Café, a 22,000-square-foot facility with indoor and outdoor dining, overlooking a resort-style pool with a wading entrance, waterfall, and lap lanes.
The Estuary also features a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with indoor/outdoor dining overlooking the golf course, a golf pro shop, and men's and women's lockers. This area will undergo renovation in 2028.

Requirements:Primary Responsibilities
- Creates a positive member experience by welcoming members and their guests.
- Maintains a superior locker room appearance and replenishes vanity and toiletries stock to established "par" levels, reporting purchasing of supplies as required.
- Responsible for cleaning, conditioning, and polishing footwear as needed or requested.
- Must be able to clean with jan itorial supplies, and perform laundry duties.
- Must be able to remain standing and/or walking for the entirety of shift.
- Must be able to bend down and kneel for short periods of time.
- Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly and ensures that we provide a safe workplace for our team.
- All other duties as assigned by management.

- Capability of safely working with and using janitorial cleaning supplies.
Education/Experience
- 1-2 years prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Current and Valid Driver’s License.
- Understanding of food service etiquette
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
