About This Position
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- We are seeking entry level pool construction laborers to become part of our team!
- We will train you in all the skills required for the pool construction techniques used.
NO WEEKENDS – Shift is M-F, working 40+ hours per week starting at 7:00A.M.
COMPENSATION:
o $20/hr. base starting wage, ($41,600 in base hourly wages (assuming 52 weeks of work at 40 hours / week).
o Annual discretionary bonus potential based on performance and exhibition of core values.
o Healthcare benefits – 100% company paid premiums for employee (~$6,300 cost to co.) Family healthcare insurance is available at cost.
o Dental benefits – 100% company paid premiums for employee (~$400 cost to co.) Family dental insurance is available at cost.
o $10,000 company paid life insurance with additional voluntary life available at employee expense.
o 401k plan with a 4% company match if the employee contributes 5%.
o Vision, STD/LTD available at employee expense.
o Company work vehicles and uniforms provided.
Requirements:ABOUT YOU:
Requirements for Entry level Laborers:
o Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
o Requires aptitude for learning all aspects of pool construction and renovation listed below:
* Basic plumbing systems
* Basic electrical systems.
* General construction equipment and techniques.
* Rebar, concrete, digging, trenching, plaster, and tile.
* Pool water circulation equipment and setting or replacing system components.
Requirements for all:
o Be at our facility in Erlanger, KY, M-F, ready to work at 7: 00A.M, work required overtime.

o Must be authorized to work in the United States.
o A criminal background check is required, but a criminal record does not necessarily negate employment.
o Clean motor vehicle report and current driver's license required to be insured and operate company vehicle.
o Basic technology skills for job routing and documentation.
o Drug screens are NOT required for employment but can be required subsequently if warranted.
