Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the full lifecycle of smaller, low‑complexity projects by assisting with planning, execution, documentation, and communication. Your responsibilities include:

Project Support & Coordination
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day activities for assigned projects under the guidance of seasoned project managers
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate project meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute minutes to key stakeholders
  • Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular progress updates
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation such as project plans, schedules, action item logs, and status reports
  • Create and manage project files within appropriate systems and repositories
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for project metrics and performance indicators
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Support the creation of project presentations, summaries, and communication materials
  • Identify emerging risks or issues and escalate them appropriately
Process & Project Lifecycle Support
  • Track and document change requests as part of established change management processes
  • Assist with project closeout, including compiling final documentation and lessons



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of education, professionalism, and a passion for organization and teamwork.

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • 1–2+ years of experience working in a professional office or administrative environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Wrike project management software is a plus
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A foundational understanding of project management concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem‑solving
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistical details
