In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a Defense Agencies Initiative program, providing invaluable analytical and documentation support. Your contributions will ensure that the program adheres to critical governance, compliance, and financial management standards. By maintaining high-quality documentation and managing program data, you will facilitate transparency and compliance across various portfolios. This fully remote position allows you to collaborate effectively with team members while making a significant impact on operational excellence.
Accountabilities- Support Documentation and Deliverable Management.
- Collect, organize, and maintain documentation for user manuals, training materials, and reports.
- Edit and format system specifications and executive-level documentation.
- Maintain and update internal documentation libraries as per management procedures.
- Track action items and deliverables to ensure timely submission.
- Assist in preparing Monthly Status Reports and related artifacts.
- Provide financial and administrative support by organizing financial data.
- Support acquisition documentation and compliance tracking.
- Maintain organized structures for records management.
- BA or BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple employees.
