Summary/Objective:
The Accounting Support/Reception position is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This position requires direct supervision.

Assists Accounting with various tasks

Data entry

Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquires

Receives and sorts mail and deliveries

Monitors and maintains office equipment

Orders and maintains office supplies

Handles requests for information and data

Provides timely and completed documentation of work performed

Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

Work Environment:

Physical Demands:
