Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow blueprints to verify all dimensions and specifications, ensuring optimal quality and production output.
• Operate at least two multi-spindle screw machines while maintaining high quality standards and achieving required production rates.
• Sharpen and maintain essential cutting tools, including cut-off blades, form tools, shave tools, and drills.
• Monitor and maintain proper machine fluid levels to ensure efficient operation.
• Read, interpret, and apply quality data from SPC system charts to maintain process control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties and assignments as required.

Required Experience:

• Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Qualified candidates must have knowledge of blueprints and gaging.
• Must have prior experience with multi-spindle screw machines.
