Are you a passionate, aspiring stylist looking to grow your craft in a high-energy, eco-conscious environment? We are a Davines Flagship Salon, and we’re looking for a dedicated Assistant to join our elite team.

At our salon, we don’t just "hire assistants"—we mentor future artists. You will work alongside top-tier stylists in a fast-paced environment while following a structured education program designed to take you from assistant to a full-time stylist behind the chair.

Your Role

As the heartbeat of the salon floor, you will:

Assist: Support our lead stylists with shampoos, color applications, blowouts, and prep work.

Maintain: Ensure the salon remains a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests.

Learn: Actively participate in our mandatory education program, mastering the techniques and "sustainable beauty" philosophy that Davines is known for.

Engage: Provide a 5-star experience for every client from the moment they walk in.

Who You Are

You are currently in or have completed Cosmetology school (License preferred).

You are obsessed with hair trends and the Davines brand mission.

You thrive in a "busy" environment slow days aren't your thing.
