We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to support the overall operations of our organization. This role involves physical work, adaptability to different tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Labor: Engage in various physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging, lifting, and carrying items as required.
• Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, debris removal, and basic facility upkeep.
• Assistance to Skilled Workers: Support skilled tradespeople and operators in their tasks, providing assistance as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Operate basic tools and equipment, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, and power tools, as required for specific tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety concerns promptly.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and address any issues that may arise.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is beneficial but not mandatory.
