We Need Real Commercial Techs
We’re busy and growing fast. Our team is handling rooftop units, make-up air, VRF systems, and large-tonnage commercial equipment, and we’re looking for skilled technicians who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and work independently in real commercial environments.
Responsibilities
-Service and troubleshoot rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, make-up air units, exhaust systems, VAV systems, and packaged units
-Perform scheduled commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning services
-Conduct Auto-Mist system inspections and maintenance
-Ensure compliance with fire protection standards, safety regulations, and NFPA 98 requirements
-Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and mechanical issues
-Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and exhaust systems
-Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls
-Report NFPA 98 deficiencies and follow all company safety procedures
-Utilize mobile applications to complete service tickets, documentation, and reports
-Perform proper setup and teardown of equipment at job sites
-Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent working condition
-Monthly travel may be required, including occasional single overnight stays
Requirements
-3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
-EPA Certification (required)
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Strong electrical and refrigeration diagnostic skills
-Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and lifts
-Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
-Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
-Must pass a background check and drug screening
