The Client Executive (Commercial) is a quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for the renewal, retention, and overall health of an assigned book of existing RSA customers. This role owns the end-to-end renewal motion while serving as the primary customer point of contact, driving customer value realization, and identifying expansion opportunities in partnership with the Account Executive team.

Principal Responsibilities:

Customer Retention & Growth

  • Own all support, subscription, and product renewals for assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Drive renewal rate performance and proactively manage churn risk.
  • Analyze customer usage and business needs to identify expansion opportunities and partner with AEs for execution.
  • Maximize customer value and adoption of RSA solutions.

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
  • Build and expand relationships, including with C-level stakeholders.
  • Own customer engagement cadence, including Quarterly and Strategic Business Reviews.
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction issues and escalations.
  • Leverage RSA’s internal ecosystem to drive strong customer outcomes.

Sales Execution & Forecasting

  • Quote, negotiate, and close all renewal business.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Independently prioritize activities to maximize results.
  • Develop renewal pricing and sales strategies aligned to customer needs.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to confidently and independently engage senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to self-prioritize.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and renewal cycles.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and marshal resources effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting best practices.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant sales/customer-facing experience required.
  • Experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers in person (approximately 10–25%).
