In this senior leadership role, you will define and execute the strategic vision for enterprise-wide customer-facing project management operations, driving excellence across complex, multi-site delivery programs. You will lead large, cross-functional teams responsible for delivering high-impact brand implementation initiatives for major national clients. With full ownership of operational performance, financial outcomes, and talent development, you will shape scalable processes and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role offers significant influence across business strategy, growth planning, and operational transformation. You will partner closely with executive leadership to support expansion, innovation, and long-term planning initiatives. Accountabilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for all customer-facing project management divisions, ensuring best-in-class execution across complex, multi-site programs.
  • Define and drive enterprise-wide project delivery strategies aligned with long-term business growth and operational excellence objectives.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin optimization, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead innovation in delivery methodologies, process optimization, and technology adoption to enhance scalability and performance.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to project performance, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire senior leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
  • Establish governance frameworks, manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold client and operational standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in project management or a closely related operational field.
  • Strong background in managing complex, customer-facing, multi-site rollout programs within highly operational environments.
  • Proven success leading large, multi-division teams and delivering measurable financial and operational results.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, service delivery models, and enterprise-scale execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing large-scale budgets and P&L ownership.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • PMP certification or equivalent credentials are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required to support clients and operational teams.
