We are seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Lending Systems Administrator who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to ensuring efficient, accurate loan operations.

- Work Environment: This position is based on-site in one of our Service Centers. Following the completion of your initial onboarding and training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week as part of our hybrid work model depending on performance and operational requirements. In addition, this position does require travel to all of our HHCU Service Centers to lead lending systems training as needed.
Opportunity Overview:
The Lending Systems Administrator serves as a leader and subject matter expert within the Lending Operations team, partnering closely with Lending, Operations, and IT to ensure loan processing systems run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as the lending systems subject matter expert, assisting with issue resolution, troubleshooting, training support, and documentation.
- Lead Project Management: Guide lending development initiatives and system-related projects, ensuring timely execution of process changes and enhancements.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal lending regulations and support compliance alignment within system workflows.
- Support Operations & IT Collaboration: Coordinate with operations leaders and IT to manage workload, maintain workflow accuracy, and respond to service desk requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend workflow efficiencies and participate in special projects.
- Manage System Releases: Track, review, and evaluate vendor release notes; assess impacts to business processes and communicate changes to key partners.
- Assist with Technical Maintenance: Support system maintenance, upgrades, documentation, and communication of system updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in Information Systems, Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in banking, lending operations, IT, or related financial-institution roles.
- Knowledge of loan operations and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with lending platforms such as LaserPro, BakerHill NextGen, MeridianLink, and FICS.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; familiarity with SQL, logs, automation tools, and Microsoft applications.
